Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to myself at Kiara's Mobile Salon. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, whilst I understand that sometimes appointments need to change, I respectfully request at least 48 Hours notice for any Cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill in that appointment time. All Booking fees are non refundable and can only be redeemed on the day of an appointment Cancellation must be made via What's app or phone call, with leaving a message if not able to answer. All service appointments: -Less than 48 hours notice, No Shows' or 'Not In' will result in 100% of the service amount. - Appointments made within 24 hours, need to notify 4 hours or more of their appointment time failure to do so will result in a 100% charge.
